Todd Perry – Owner/Founder
Todd has been a Cape Cod Licensed Builder and Contractor for over 35 years. Todd started his career as a Framing Contractor and has learned the construction business from the ground up. He has built over 200 additions and homes locally. His attention to detail sets him apart and his deep knowledge of “what is possible” is counted on, and consulted by engineers, architects, and other design professionals. All his projects get the same intensity and standard of excellence, from the most rudimentary addition to the most architecturally complex designs.
In his spare time, he owns and runs the Hammock Gallery in Provincetown. This 100+ year old building was recently renovated by TPC Contracting. In addition to adding a second floor, the architectural integrity of being one of the last fishing shacks in Provincetown, was immaculately preserved down to using the same wood that the building was originally constructed from. This building is a “don’t miss” part of the Ptown landscape and a prime example of the craftmanship and attention to detail that has made Todd such a sought-after builder on the cape.
Lesley Moore – Business Manager
Lesley joined Todd in 2019, bringing a wealth of client management experience in the corporate and small business arenas. Also, a licensed building contractor, she has worked in Property and Construction Management since washing ashore on the cape. An avid antiquer, and restorer of old to new, Lesley also has a business degree from University of Oregon. After years of working for large corporations such as Proctor and Gamble, Staples, and the May Co. she has found a way to combine her artistic talent with her business acumen at TPC Contracting.
